Become an EFF Ambassador.
European Female Founders was created because of the gender gap in many aspects related to entrepreneurship in Europe, with a goal of addressing these issues through concrete action. As an EFF Ambassador, you'd be stepping into that mission directly, becoming a visible, trusted voice for women's entrepreneurship in your city, country, or professional network, and helping turn EFF's EU-wide goals into action on the ground.
At its core, this role is about building community. Ambassadors help grow the European Female Founders Network by linking founders to resources, partners, and cross-border opportunities. They champion peer support, amplify local actions, and help create safe, empowering spaces for collaboration and shared growth. It's a role for women who want to be at the center of Europe's most connected community of women entrepreneurs, and who want to make sure no founder in their network feels like she's building alone.
